I found this fragment (abdomen?) on the carpet near my baby's crib. It looks pretty discouraging to my untrained eye, so any help is much appreciated.

Here are two images. For size context, the fragment is sitting on an electric outlet cover (the kind you use to baby-proof your outlets).
