I posted here several times over the summer about my neighbors having bed bugs and the marks I was occasionally getting on my arms and neck. I had an exterminator inspect my apartment three times and he always found nothing. I moved at the end of August and right after I moved had one mark on my arm. I've had nothing since and never seen any live bugs or signs, however, I was just swiffering under my bed and around my apartment and this dead bed bug was on the bottom of the swiffer stuck to some hairs. I am freaking out! I don't know what to do. I don't want to tell my new apartment building but I'm afraid there could be more. Help!
