distressed on "just as a convinced myself that maybe I didn't have bedbugs I find blood stains,"

After convincing myself that maybe I didn't have bed bugs after all. I awake and find blood stains on my pillow.
I have monitors under my bed which I got from bed bug supply, they have caught nothing. I applied cimexa yesterday and put fresh linen on the bed. I awoke this morning and saw a big blood stain on my pillow. This is the first I have seen.
I inspected the bed and there was no squished bug.
I inspected my body for bites. The only thing I found was a small pimple Mark on my arm (which could be a bite) and a small cut on my finger, probably from cimexa drying my skin. I doubt the cut caused the bleeding because it is so small and hasn't scabbed.
My bed is away from the wall and my mattress is away from the headboard but I know my husband had his pillow next to the headboard.
When in was bit in a hotel, I got huge welts.
I called a pco from a big name company about 6 weeks ago but he didn't find anything, but he barely looked, I had to tell him where to look.
I really don't knowv what to do because the pco company that did my inspection was free but I'm not confident that they will do the job successfully.
Other local pco will charge for an inspection, so I wanted more proof before I paid for that. The monitors have been out for 4 days, with nothing in them.
Shall I wait to see if the cimexa has an effect?
