Bugginout90 on "Do the bites cause hemangioma dots?"

Hi I have always had tiny hermangioma dots here and there on my skin. I am noticing more now that I inspect myself daily could these be from bites? Or just more I've never noticed before? I didn't know if perhaps bed bug bites could cause these?
