Haven't seen any sign of bugs since we found one single 3-4th instar in our old couch on December 21. Dog team had alerted to couch and chair and baseboard behind the couch, but never found any physical sign to confirm.
We did a "full nine" and had our second PCO treatment 8 days ago, he just did the baseboards around the whole house, and our new couch (we he said we'd be fine to get delivered) because he ALSO saw no signs of bedbugs on his inspection which was more thorough and did involve tearing out the baseboard to see behind it. He's treating using Demand spray and dust.
We're starting to relax on bagging and put our furniture back in order so we could have some normalcy in our lives again.
Wife and I tore apart the bed last night and searched very carefully, including lifting both mattresss and box springs to check for any faecal or bugs--nothing!
Are we ok? Are we in the clear? Oh god I hope so!
I've also started talking to a therapist and am on anxiety meds--if you have mental health issues please don't hesitate to ask for help, it's made a world of difference for me <3
