BugzPlzGoAway on "ID Needed: Bites and casings [a: cockroach nymph, carpet beetle larval casings]"

Hello,

First some info. I visited a friend in the city and stayed overnight. Most of my stuff was kept in the living room. He contacts me two days after to inform me his room mate found bed bugs in his room. He also tells me bed bugs were found in the couch I slept on. Neither me nor my girlfriend had shown any signs of bites at that point. However, we have been on high alert since.

Since then, I've gotten the following bites:

I've also been collecting any sheddings I find. I've found the following suspect:

They look like dead bugs due to the lighting, but they're casings.

Then I just found this one today. Some of it broke off and it was bent when I retrieved it, but it looks like a contender:
