Hey guys, as many of you know from my other thread, I had bedbugs at an apartment I moved into. We only saw a single bug in the bathroom and I obviously heat treated my things and laundered and sealed everything. I was incredibly vigilant.
So I moved to a new place and now I have total ocd about bed bugs. My new place had no signs of bugs apart from one small stain on the mattress side that really could have been anything. It's all brand new ikea furniture and bedding from four months ago. The roomie moving out told me he bled on his sheets a lot bit insisted it was because he nervously scratches his back and always has. Regardless I treated the bedding, cleaned and inspected the room, and bought new sheets. There have been no signs aside from a single brown dot on my pillow and all this debris on my bed even night but they don't leave smear marks when I brush it off
My question is...

Is the odd brown dot stain (there's only been one) indivicative of bed bugs?
My roomie is the landlord for the place and she has had bed bugs elsewhere before and assures me she's super vigilant and has had no signs. She's on the building strata too.
I keep all my clothes In bags still but I Just wondered if I'm being to ocd and my anxiety from the old place is still making me feel like they are there rather than actual evidence.
