Freaked Fighter on "Huge fecal ID please"

Hi all,
I found 2 smears similar to these, three days ago. They were on the upper corner of the bed, on the side where I sleep.  They immediately tested positive with Bed Bug Blu.
Today, I woke up with a new set of 3 smears that looked identical to the first. They tested positive, as well. These were toward the bottom of the bed about where my shins would be while I sleep. I'm only able to sleep on my right side and don't move around much in bed.
One of the smears is in the top left corner of the picture and they actually look a tad darker. The round spot that you see in the bottom right is just a blood spot.
So what do you think? Did a few of them line up and decide they were going to poop on the move? Is Bed Bug Blue exclusive to bed bugs?  I'm also (?) dealing with something that stings and leaves it's stingers or thick hairs behind. Sometimes these are individual and sometimes they will leave a scratch mark with hairs going all the way up the mark. I'm not sure if these are related.
