Almost two months ago to the day, I was alerted by my building that my upstairs neighbor had bed bugs. Apparently, it was contained to his headboard and treated. My room was inspected and sprayed but nothing was found; however, recently (in the last 2-3 weeks) I noticed some black spots on my top sheet, but saw nothing on the mattress or bottom sheet. I began getting super paranoid and checking my bed nearly daily. I have yet to find anything. I have one of those Ikea slat beds and nothing but hardwood under my floor and have found zilch but a few random bugs. Today I noticed a slew of bumps on both my legs and upper thigh. I was at a cookout this weekend and running around in grass, so I'm not sure if the bites are from that or a delayed reaction. Prior to this, I've seen nothing. I'm not sure if I should be seeing bugs at this point and am being paranoid, or should be concerned and alerting the building. Any advice is appreciated. I've attached the photos of my sheets and a bug I found crawling near the bed.
