Hi! This morning my next door neighbor told me she had bed bugs, that the apartment above her had them too, and she's in a fight with our landlord over who is paying for the exterminator and now whether her lease will be renewed. I got home from work, tore my place apartment, and the only two bugs I could find hanging out in the cracks by the floorboards under my bed were these two.
Are they? What could they be? Do I need an exterminator regardless?
