ConfidenceAndParanoia on "ID and monitor/detection discussion [a: carabid ground beetle]"

Hello again everyone.

Six months later, I'm still getting unexplained (medical or otherwise, though possibly carpet beetles) skin reactions. In that time I've had a passive monitor (red arrow) on my bed in what I have recently learned may be a "non-optimal" location. For the past six months, there has not been a single trace of anything on the monitor.

A little over three weeks ago, I installed a second (green arrow) monitor (the first monitor is attached quite firmly, and I suspect it may get damaged if I move it) after reading a post by David Cain suggesting that specific position might be better. After checking today, this second monitor also has negative results.
As there are no chemicals in the monitors, I assumed having two monitors in such close proximity would not be a problem. Can anyone tell me if this is the case? The monitors and frame are pictured below.

I have checked the mattress and frame at a minimum of once per month for any sign of bed bugs, such as cast skins, blood/fecal stains, and live/dead bugs. Apart from a couple dark spots on my sheets that gave negative results on a Bed Bug Blue test, I have not found anything.

From my research and from the large amount of information on this forum, I've seen that six months of bugs should leave significant amounts of at least fecal matter, if not live/dead bugs, which leads me to believe that the chance of infestation is low.

During my monthlyish check I found a dead carpet beetle and several carpet beetle larva skins , which, after reading a lot, could cause the skin irritation.

What, at this point, would be my best course of action? From reading both this forum and David Cain's article, filtering the air in the bedroom and reducing any potential static electricity buildup can reduce the problems with carpet beetles, but what about eliminating the source of the hairs?
Is there a recommended way to remove the carpet beetles and their larvae, or is it best to simply vacuum/filter the rooms and reduce the potential for the hairs to be attracted to me?

I also found the following dead beetle-looking critter under my bed. Could someone tell me what it might be and if it poses any threat/potentially causes skin irritation? More pics can be taken if needed.

Apologies to non-US viewers, as the straight edge is in 10ths of an inch. I don't have anything with metric units.

As always, thanks to this site and thanks to everyone taking the time to read this and to answer my questions. I hope everyone has a nice day and a nice weekend.
