Here's my story in short. We spent last weekend in a rented house. Returned on subday. As I was getting into bed on tuesday night I began to feel very itchy. Checked and discovered a rash on both inner arms as well as on my right torso. Rash consisted of little red raised dots. Ignored it until yesterday (sunday, a week after the vacation) when another member of our party asked if anyone noticed bedbug type bites. I freaked out and assumed the worst. Read what I could and immediately washed everything that came along with us in hot water and dried as per instructions all over the web. Did a search of my bed, matrass, box spring, no sign of anything. Began searching the carpet with a strong light and after a little while discovered some dead suspicious looking bugs. I took pictures and tried embedding but having trouble. Please click link and help me ID these guys.
