Checked my passive monitor which is on the floor beneath my mattress today. In the past it has attracted some other small pests exploring its borders, like ants. Found one just crawling on the border in the morning, which seems strange...took a few pictures of it. It's very tiny, maybe 1mm long. I'm hoping the basic outline of the shape can rule it out as a bed bug or bed bug nymph??? THere are no other signs or marks on the monitor itself. Experts only please, I have lots of anxiety so 'maybe' answers do not help...thank you!!
The bug may have gotten a bit squished when I held it down momentarily under a microscope cap before taking pics...but hopefully recognizable as NOT BB related :/
