bedbugsareevil on "Faulty interceptors?"

For a picture of my bugs and my story, check out my post history. My bed bugs have been confirmed both by this forum and a licensed PCO.

I currently have BEAP Interceptors on all the legs of my bed. My bed is just a wood frame with slats, no head or footboard. It's been steamed, vacuumed, and treated by Terminix. Last night, after almost a week with no bites, I woke up scratching my hand. I've become so paranoid about this that the slightest twinge wakes me from sleep. I looked and saw a small red mark, jumped out of bed and turned my overhead light on. Crawling across the top of the bed was a recently-fed male. Either a late stage nymph or a young male. I snatched it up on a strip of scotch tape and saved it.

What's more probable here: that there's a stray bug living in my bedframe that I missed that never leaves the bed or that a bug has been able to climb up and out of the interceptors?

The only reason I'm not freaking out is that my bites have dropped off considerably. I've also been vacuuming regularly since treatment and found a couple dead in the canister. I'm calling the PCO today to schedule an additional treatment, but it sucks to think the interceptors aren't working.
