So as the title says, we did the heat treatment on Wednesday and then today we found alive bug on a pillow. I bagged the bug and tuck it in the freezer. I will be calling the pest company on Monday morning, since we have a 90 day warranty thing.
Is it common for this to happen? We were under the impression that heat treatment was a one and done sort of treatment. We are so frustrated. We unknowingly have had these things since July but just found out in November that it is what we were dealing with.
