buggernonsense44 on "Idea to treat"

Hello.
1st post here.
Not really sure if this is the right place to post this.
I had an idea to enlist the help of a pro fumigation place to help treat a bed bug infestation.
In co-operation with the building,they charge the tennant for the cost of doing it,and let the tennant pay it over time,as it is added to the rent.
Does anybody think this is a good idea or viable?
