So, the story:

In late February I had some bites on my legs that I thought where from mosquitoes or a spider, three on my thigh and another three on my foot, and one on the back of each calf. These all seemed to happen fairly quick, within a week. Well, mid march, I found one bed bug crossing the floor late at night in my bathroom. I freaked out, squished it, but kept the carcass. Local exterminator came and gave his assessment two days later. Identified it as a bed bug, inspected beds and areas around them, found no evidence of an infestation.

No one in the household has been bit aside from me, both parents in the house are very sedentary, no feces on bedding or couches. I replaced some dark green sheets of mine with white, no signs of any blood spots or feces. I've been checking everything, I went into full clean up mode in order to monitor everything. I found some things around my computer desk and couch in a separate room that might be feces spots on the carpet, but are very old. No evidence of new spots in this area that I've been able to observe. Everything was looking good that that was just a rogue hitchhiker bed bug, I was afraid it was a female and had laid eggs.

Well, after nearly a month and no evidence of anything, I just found something today crawling on my hand at my computer desk at around 6 PM. I took the best shots I could, and I caught it alive in a jar that I sealed with tape.

At first I thought it was a just fed 1st or 2nd instar bed bug, but after looking at macro shots, I don't think so but would like an expert opinion:
