I realize bug bites are hard to identify, but I wanted to throw this out here. While I try not to put too much stock in itchiness or bites, especially in the summer, I'm a bit freaked out by this:

Some background here. Our apartment had bed bugs for a long time. We haven't seen any since February, when a small one was on my bed. I just took out my clothes from their bins last week, after an extermination on Monday, May 30. My clothes had been dried on hot and left in watertight bins for over a year. I also checked my clothes as I took them out. My room was not the site of the initial infestation, and I have seen no casings, blood spots on my bed, or live bugs apart from that one in February and a tiny nymph in late January. I had a scare last week with an unidentified bug, but that one (in the link above) was probably a beetle of sorts. I'm going to check my things again when I come home, but I'd love some thoughts on the bite and what else it could be. Many thanks!
