vlascark on "Fecal stains? Expert id and advice please"

Hi, can anyone tell me if these are from bed bugs or spider/fly droppings. I have similar stains in a corner of my room below where I know there was a web. I had to press down fairly hard with a wet paper towel to get these to smear at all, but when they did it appears green so I'm not sure what it could be.
