I have a minor case that reoccurs. Only in my bed, and only a few bugs. Treated with Diatomaceous Earth which seemed to work for two-three months. Chemical method, only one week, maybe two weeks. Latter method was horribly messy. DE is easy and seems to work better, much better.
Well, I saw two babies the other night after two-three months of no bugs. I don't want to expose others to them, so I am wondering if I need to stop traveling until I know they are completely gone. (I usually stay with friends when I travel.) Also visiting local friends, family, even my shrink, who seems apprehensive about having me in his office and wants to work on Skype. I truly do not want to lose thim, he is a great therapist and I can understand his and others concern about having me in their homes. I don't feel like I am a leper, or a victim of this treatment by others. I totally understand their feelings.
HOWEVER, that said, I wonder if I and my friends, family and shrink are being too precautious. Are we making a mountain out of a molehill? I hate to limit myself, but I would hate more exposeing any outside party to these bugs, if indeed I can carry them into their homes. I work at home, so there is really no work issue involved.
Any cogent, sensible advice would be greatly appreciated!
