Hey guys. Just following up from my post last week. I put together new bedframe and added interceptors within a few days later. (Old interceptors I had were too small so I sprayed legs with 221L insecticide until I got new ones)
So I steamed my mattress, covers and pillows. And flipped bedframe on side and did a full expection with a flash light and saw nothing at all. Now next morning I woke up with a bite on my stomach and two on back. I make two weeks since putting bedframe together this Wednesday and I've been very cautious of not letting anything touch the ground. Like I said before, I haven't seen a bug, fecal stains or any castings for months! Yet I get bites. But I will say, after putting bedframe together compared to having mattress on the ground. The bites slowed down. I can't be getting bit anywhere else. I don't stay in living room for more than 20 minutes and at work I'm constantly mobile. No lockers or anything.
I wish I could say it's an allergic reaction to something but what could it be? It's too consistent. I had multiple treatments done with no luck, exterminators never finding anything. There's no dust laid out and I don't come in contact with anything I sprayed before.
I was hoping with two weeks everything would stop but it hasn't. How likely would it be for me to get an allergic reaction just by being in same room that was treated? And how different would the bumps be from bedbug bites? Also, I took a picture of the bump on my stomach if it would somehow help someone tell if it's a bite or not. (Hopefully that doesn't sound dumb)
How weird is my situation??
TL:DR : How likely is a situation with bedbugs when there's no fecal stains or anything other than bites? Even after steaming bed the very day before I got new bites the next. Bed is seperated from everything. Interceptors in place and this is a new bedframe. Could I just be having an allergic reaction to the sprays or something? How different would the two bumps be from each other? It's been months with no signs other than bites.
